This painting of what seems to be bowl of flowers hides a more sinister story.
The strangled chicken heads, bars on the bowl and egg all set the scene.
Using a variety of materials, this painting took the best part of a week. It was painted in london in the early eighties, when the anti-factory farming movement was at it's most vocal.
